Initial Exam:

In order to treat each individual to his or her unique bite and facial features, the first visit in our office consists of a lengthy meeting with Dr. Organ. This is the time when certain questions can be answered. Questions such as: Is the problem dental, skeletal (jaw) or both? Is the jaw joint (TMJ) affected by the problem? What types of treatment are available and applicable? When should treatment begin? How long will treatment take? How much will treatment cost? What type of financing is available?

Digital photos of your face, smile and teeth may be taken. As a courtesy to you and your dentist, there is no fee charged for this initial visit and you are under no obligation to continue with any other appointments. As an additional courtesy, we will give you a pre-determination form for you to forward to your Insurance Carrier to aid in financial arrangements.

Diagnostic Records:

If treatment is indicated, diagnostic records will be suggested. These records provide Dr. Organ with additional invaluable information that is not available from the initial clinical exam. He will be able to analyze the problem in more detail and is essential in formulating an effective, unique and individualized treatment plan. These records include digital cephalometric and panoramic x-rays to evaluate upper and lower jaw relationships as well as symmetry analysis. 3D models of the teeth are taken to appraise the status and relationship of the dentition. These records combined with digital photographs of the face and teeth are taken "in house" minimizing the need to travel to other professional offices.

Consultation and Treatment Explanation Appointment:

After Dr. Organ has thoroughly evaluated your records, both he and his Treatment Coordinator will take the time and discuss your proposed treatment with you and any interested parties, in detail.
